The frames of the turn walls are made of softwood, the rungs of hardwood. The gymnastics walls are manufactured according to current standards and guidelines. The distance of the rungs and the mesh size of the nets is defined so that even our smallest (U3) may do gymnastics (of course only under adult supervision)
Please pay attention to a sufficient fall protection! Optionally you can additionally order the mat set 2.
The delivery is complete with mounting material for wall mounting.

Turn walls, wall bars or the like may only be mounted on load-bearing walls. The devices are only to be operated under adult supervision. Turn walls, wall bars or the like must stand up on the floor. For safety reasons mats are to be laid out.
All devices are painted. The lacquer used complies with the requirements for toys with regard to flammability (EN 71-2) and chemical requirements (EN 71-3).
Security Policies
Our devices are manufactured according to general valid standards (EN and DIN) of sports equipment and children's toys.
Installation with underfloor heating
Please note that with existing underfloor heating different mounting brackets may be required on some devices. In case of doubt we ask for consultation. To avoid damage, the installer of the underfloor heating or its revision drawings should be consulted.
FALL PROTECTION
It is always important to ensure sufficient fall protection. This must comply with the requirements of EN 1177 or EN 12503. For dimensioning the safety area, please refer to EN 1176-1, which provides for a minimum of 1.5 to 2.5 m circumferential height from a drop height of 0.6 m. Please inform yourself at the responsible community casualty office. For inadequate fall protection, we assume no liability.
Mounting on solid walls
For devices with wall mounting, it must be ensured that only solid, solid walls are used for installation so that the safety-related functions of the devices are guaranteed. For this purpose, suitable holding technology (eg masonry-oriented anchors) should be used. Suitable walls must consist of brickwork (wall thickness> 15 cm), concrete masonry (wall thickness> 12 cm) or cellular concrete masonry (wall thickness> 24 cm). Differently constructed walls are also suitable for securing the articles. However, the selection of the required fasteners is the responsibility of the implementing assembly company. The production of the articles takes place according to DIN ISO 9001: 2015. The liability only refers to the item itself and not to the proper execution of the assembly on site.
Maintenance & Care
The devices can be wiped with a dry or damp cloth. Please do not use harsh detergents. Ropes, nets, rungs and other parts must be checked regularly for damage, strength and wear. Please ensure that screws, fasteners and connections are firmly seated before putting them into operation. Furthermore, the units must be checked for breakage, cracks, chipping or severe deformation. Lock device if necessary. The replacement of defective parts may only be made with original manufacturer spare parts.
Usage Notice
The equipment for nursery, kindergarten and preschool areas may only be used under supervision.
